The total gross residential area is approximately 154,000 SF, the total gross area for the hotel is approximately 118,000 SF, and the total gross area for the office building is approximately 730,000 SF with its highest occupied floor 30 stories above the West Peachtree Street entrance. The interior of the Office Building is an eclectic mix of rich materials and textures. Natural stones, warm woods and custom metal light fixtures, which serve as grand artwork, establish the tone of luxury carried throughout this Class A Office Building. The Epicurean Hotel interior, as the name implies, is food-centric and slightly thematic. Subtle design elements found throughout the Restaurant, which is complete with a Display Kitchen, Food Theater, Meeting Rooms, Ball Room and Guest Suites echo the food and beverage focus of the establishment.
