The building contains 249 residential units of Type IIIA construction with an average unit size of 940 sf and mix of 65% 1-bedroom and 35% 2-bedroom units. Luxury residential units contain large kitchens with islands and entry foyer millwork benches and coat storage. The first full residential floor provides a Fitness Center, Club Room with a Pass-Thru Bar to an Outdoor Living Room, landscaped podium amenity plaza containing a pool and additional outdoor amenities for tenants. The residential building sits over two levels of mechanically ventilated podium parking deck and features a hotel style covered drop off and ride share waiting area. The podium is of Type IA construction and contains the Leasing Office, secure bike storage and houses 344 vehicles for residents and guests.
