The Element Galleria project is located at the Cobb Galleria Office Park, 0.5 miles from the Battery Atlanta. Element Galleria provides a sleek and modern high-end condo aesthetic, unparalleled to comparable multi-family properties in the surrounding area. Italian marbles, decorative LED light fixtures, elaborate screen walls, and double height spaces elevate the design and create a space that is both functional and elegant. The master plan of the building provides space for two exterior resident courtyards, and an exterior dog park amenity area. The main courtyard is centrally located, is comprised of two stepped levels, and contains a pool, private cabanas, grilling stations and fire pit amenities for residents.
