RJTR provided master planning, architecture design, structural, MEP design, interior design, and FF&E services for Lincoln Properties' Aspire Westside Apartments. Aspire Westside is located in the burgeoning Westside area of Atlanta, within walking distance of the Westside Provisions District. The complex is adjacent to the Foundry at Puritan Mill, and down the street from the King Plow Arts Center. The building sits on 5.06 acres, with the main façade along Joseph E. Lowry Boulevard. Aspire Westside is a 171 unit, 4 story, Type 5A construction apartment building. Aspire’s aesthetic is inspired by the eclectic and artistic surrounding Westside neighborhood. The design mixes bright colors and patterns in the FF&E package, with raw concrete and exposed brick & wood materials in the interior architecture. The building surrounds a central amenity courtyard with a pool, private cabanas, grilling stations, and covered lounge area for residents’ use. The average unit size is 815 square feet. The interior amenity areas include a smart package system, generous fitness center with an indoor-outdoor group studio room, and a coworking space with private offices.
