RJTR is responsible for master planning, and architectural design services for a luxury hotel in College Park, Georgia. The Gateway Renaissance Hotel is a 204-key hotel with meeting rooms, ballroom facilities and outdoor entertaining space. The hotel features a full-service restaurant, upscale lobby bar and library-style lobby workspace. The hotel is being developed by Grove Street Partners and Marriott Corporation will be the operator. The site is adjacent to the Gateway Station of the ATL SkyTrain, an elevated automated people mover, which directly connects to Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport in one stop. Self-parking and valet is provided in the adjacent parking deck.
