RJTR was responsible for architecture, interior design, structural, MEP design, signage design and FF&E design services for this 207,116 sf, 18-story residential tower. The 162 unit tower is located on the Kanawha Canal in Downtown Richmond. The project features 3,272 sf of canal front retail, a 3,786 sf club room and fitness center, and a 108,110 sf, five-story parking structure for 265 cars.
