RJTR was responsible for architecture, interior design, structural and MEP design services for the adaptive re-use of the historic John Marshall Hotel into apartments. Located in the heart of downtown Richmond, the Residences at the John Marshall feature 238 Class “A” studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with 52 unique floor plans. The project obtained three out of a possible four Green Globes.
