Rule Joy Trammell Rubio was responsible for architectural design and signage design services for this 112,000 sf, eight story luxury residential tower in downtown Birmingham, Alabama. The project features 48 high-end residential units, amenity deck with swimming pool, clubroom, fitness center, concierge lobby service, and two structured parking levels of secured parking for residents and guests.
