The building provides 167 units with multiple fl oor plans and 6,926 SF of amenities. Included in the amenities available to residents is a Clubroom featuring a Game Area, Cyber Café and TV Banquets. The outdoor amenities include a private courtyard with a heated pool, and outdoor fi re pits and grills. The 1,000 SF rooftop patio offers dramatic views of Decatur’s active city center and the Atlanta skyline. The Dog Wash is located conveniently inside the parking deck along with the Bike Storage facility. Parking is secured in a 157,925 SF precast parking structure.
