The Winter Park mixed-use project is approximately 70 acres located 6 miles north of the heart of downtown Orlando, Florida, at the intersection of Lee Road and North Orlando Avenue. The adjacent city of Winter Park is centrally located about a 50 minute drive from the east coast of Florida and the coastal area of Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. The goal of this project is to create a walkable urban environment that fits seamlessly into the existing urban fabric. Each area of the development is designed to have a mixture of uses that make each district active and lively. Creating a timeless place that reflects the caliber of design found in Hannibal Square and downtown Winter Park is equally as important. The program includes full-service and boutique hotels; a performing arts center; retail; multi-family residences; offices; a central greenspace; and structured & on-street parking.
