RJTR provided master planning, architecture, interior design and FF&E services for this 248,000 gsf, 5-story assisted, memory care, and independent living community for developer Dominion Partners in Sandy Springs, GA. Type IIIA Construction and Type II Construction will be approximately 155,000 gsf and 73,000 gsf respectively.

The complex will contain approximately 128 independent living units, 48 assisted living units and 24 memory care units and include amenities such as a pool, bistro, fitness and wellness center inclusive of a clinic and physical therapy, kitchen and dining areas.
A parking structure of 20,000 gsf to accommodate 69 cars plus additional spaces on a surface lot.
