RJTR provided architectural and interior design services for the SpringHill Suites hotel in Orange Beach, Alabama which opens later this year.
SpringHill Suites at The Wharf by Marriott®, developed by Intracoastal Hotel Properties, is an all-suite, 132-key hotel which seamlessly blends design and functionality. Essential modern amenities such as large meeting rooms, a fitness center, and covered outdoor entertaining space are located immediately adjacent to The Wharf Marina. The hotel also offers a full-service restaurant and bar, and an outdoor, resort-style pool and spa.
The site is part of The Wharf, a mixed-use development with hundreds of activities and events held throughout the year including shopping, dining, movies, marina, outdoor amphitheater, ferris wheel, and more. Self-parking is provided in the adjacent parking lot.
