To complement the existing nearby Georgian architecture, the Community showcases red brick, limestone trim, and slate roofs with an allusion of Greek revival design. Phase II, an undergraduate building on the south side of Correll Hall, will form a green courtyard for students, staff, and faculty. Inside, students are able to find common areas, study rooms, social amenities and food services. The College's Leadership believes that to truly build a community, all the needs of Terry College should be housed together for greater connectivity and interaction. Faculty and department offices and research centers will be constructed during the third phase, to complete the core of the Business Learning Community by inclusion of all established departments of academia.
